What is a branded power dialer?
It's a dialer that moves your reps from one lead to the next automatically and shows the lead who is calling. With Polca, the lead sees your agency's registered name (and logo where the carrier and phone support it) instead of a bare number from a state they don't live in.
Why does caller ID matter so much for insurance calls?
People decide whether to answer from the screen. An unknown number that gets flagged as spam loses the call before your rep says a word. Polca registers your agency's identity, monitors how your numbers are being labeled, and remediates problems instead of letting a flagged number keep dialing.
Display still depends on the carrier and the device, so no dialer can promise your name on every phone. What you control is registration, number health and rotation, and that's what Polca manages.
How do number pools and rotation work?
Polca provisions and manages a pool of numbers for your agency and rotates through them automatically. Reps don't pick numbers or track which ones are burned. They dial.
What happens after the call?
One tap sets the disposition and advances the list. The recording, notes and next action are saved, and everything syncs to your CRM. When a lead calls back, it rings the rep's cell so the callback doesn't die in a voicemail box.
How much does the power dialer cost?
A Power Dialer seat is $597 per seat per month and includes the full Platform seat (book of business, commissions, leaderboards and training). Managers and assistants who don't dial can sit on $97 Platform seats.
Month-to-month. Agency setup is quoted per agency and can be waived with a seat commitment.
Can the dialer work leads without a rep?
Yes, on an AI seat. Upgrading a seat to the AI Appointment Setter adds Ava, who calls leads under the same caller identity and books appointments for your reps. The power dialer stays on the same seat.
Do I need GoHighLevel?
No. Polca runs on its own, with contacts, calendars, dialing and reporting built in. If you already use GoHighLevel, connect it and it syncs both ways.
Built for insurance floors, not call centers.
Dispositions, callbacks, leaderboards and the book of business live in the same place, so the dial that books the meeting is the same record the policy lands on.
