How do you choose?

  • If you want an AI voice to call and book your life insurance leads, with a dialer and agency records on the same seat: Polca.
  • If you want AI voice plus AI texting and a multi-line dialer at a published self-serve price: Closelio.
  • If you sell across lines and want pay-per-result inside an existing CRM: PeakSend AI.
  • If you want text-led follow-up you approve: Setr or Agent Autopilot.
  • If you want to build your own voice agent: Retell or Vapi.
  • Can I hear unedited recordings of booked calls, and see results traced to written policies?
  • Does the AI place voice calls, send texts, or both?
  • What does the lead see on caller ID, and who manages number health?
  • What happens when a lead wants to talk now?
  • Which consent does each list need, and who checks it?
  • Who scrubs against the National DNC Registry?
  • What does a busy month cost? Are minutes or calls billed as overage?
  • Is it month to month? Is there a setup fee?

Where is Polca not the best fit?

  • Polca quotes agencies on a call. Closelio and Agent Autopilot publish self-serve prices.
  • Polca calls only between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. in the lead's local time and never on Sundays, on AI and human calls alike. That is narrower than the federal 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. window, and agencies can tighten it but not widen it. Other tools allow more of the federal window.
  • Polca's dialer is agent-paced, one call per available rep. Predictive and multi-line modes are not on by default. Closelio offers a 5-, 10- or 15-line dialer.
  • Polca does not scrub lists against the National or state Do Not Call registries.
  • Polca is built only for life insurance. PeakSend and the voice-AI builders cover more industries; Sonant covers P&C inbound.
  • Polca has few third-party reviews so far. Ask for recordings and references, from us or anyone.
